A worker tends to sculptures made from the bones of AIDS patients at the Buddhist Prabat Namphu Temple in central Lopburi province, 150 km (93 miles) northeast of Bangkok on November 16, 2003. The temple's AIDS hospice is the largest of it's kind in Thailand, providing housing for HIV positive patients and palliative care for those in the final stages of the disease. The temple is planning to expand into the world's first official colony for AIDS patient. The colony which will cost about 4 million to set-up has been attacked by some AIDS groups who fear it will further ostracise victims. Picture taken November 16, 2003.
