Image description: Due to the weak economic situation during the war, clothes and food become scarce and rationing occurs. In order to distribute the goods fairly to the population and to prevent hamster sales, so-called rationing stamps are distributed. The scarce goods such as bread, milk, fuel and clothes are only possible in the shops through the additional distribution of these rationing stamps. In front of the responsible card printer, employees load the printed cards with rationing marks for clothing into a truck, taken in the war year 1940
