Image description

Famed baseball announcer Harry Caray's widow Dutchie Caray gets a hug from her grandson Chip Caray on April 3 after the 7th inning stretch during the Cubs home opener against the Montreal Expos at Wrigley Field. Caray's tradition of leaning out of his broadcast booth to lead the fans in a rendition of the song "Take Me Out to the Ball Game" during the 7th-inning stretch was carried on by his wife. Caray, whose gravelly voice and enthusiasm for the game made him a fan favourite, died February 18 in California after collapsing at a restaurant a few days earlier. BASEBALL CARAY
