Switzerland Murder Case Lenzlinger, 1973 (b/w photo)

Portrait of Hans Ulrich Lenzlinger, head of the escaping organization Aramco AG, with a cheetah, taken on 7 April 1973 in front of his residence in Zurich Hoengg. Lenzlinger was killed with several shots on 5 February 1979 in his villa in Zurich. He became known as an escape helper for people from the Eastern Bloc countries. After the arrest of the alleged GDR contract killer Juergen G., the never solved Lenzlinger murder case will be reopened, as reported by the Swiss Sunday press on October 5, 2003. The killer is said to have been active between 1976 and 1987. The Zurich Cantonal Police has sent a request for information on the Lenzlinger case to the German Federal Criminal Police Office.
