Pinellas-Pasco Circuit Judge George Geer ordered the removal of Terri's feeding tube, that has kept her alive for more than 13 years. Schiavo, 39, of St. Petersburg, has been kept alive by a feeding tube since a 1990 heart attack left her with massive brain damage, unable to feed herself or communicate. She is expected to die within 14 days without food or liquids, sparking sharp criticism of the method employed to end her life.
