Thousands of Thais take to the streets in Bangkok January 11 as part of a campaign to help alleviate the country's crippling economic crisis. A crowd of about 10,000 Thais marched through the city before changing millions of dollars worth of foreign notes into local currency. The rally, organised as part of a "Thais Help Thais" campaign, collected contributions to help ease Thailand's foreign debt burden and support the rapidly weakening baht.
