NATO has vowed to press on with efforts to reach a ceasefire in Serbia's Presevo valley bordering Kosovo despite initially failing to broker a deal between ethnic Albanian guerrillas and Serbian officials. NATO special envoy Pieter Feith held talks with both sides on Saturday as fighting flared up again in the volatile region, the scene of sporadic clashes for more than a year which have killed more than 30 people.
