Tue 03, 1953 - Law-suit against iron profiteers with 70 accused.: The center of the lawsuit which takes at present place in town-hall of Rheinhausen are the iron-works Rheinhausen which have lost several tons of iron stolen by workers in the time form the end of 1950 to the middle of 1952. By a generous agreement of the work every worker could get bricks, cement and construction iron up to three tons from the works directly. With the iron which was not always needed the workers made agood business. The accused swindlers gave false order-forms, used once more old order-forms and the master at the weighing-machine sometimes gave them twice as much as they had to get. Buyers and receivers of the stolen iron from the whole Ruhr District and from Southern Germany met each other now before the court. More than 30 little profiters, 18 middle and 5 great cheaters and 11 receivers are expecting the sentence
