Both Lipi and her husband were unaware of TB and its treatment. However, she did not send her children to be tested for TB. Dhaka, Bangladesh. August 07, 2005. Bangladesh ranks fifth among the worlds 22 highest burden TB countries. Every year around 300,000 new TB cases are filed and almost 70, 0000 die of it.
