The Council of Vienne XV. Ecumenical Council convened by Clement V in Vienne, in it were examined the accusations against the Order of the Templars which in the previous phase, on 12 August 1308 with the action of Chinon, was declared not released but acquitted. From 16 October 1311 to 6 May 1312 Pope Clement V (1305-1314) opened the councils in 3 sessions.
