The Commander and an” Aprentice”.: The last of the ancient Tea Clippers the famous Futty Sark: - is moored at Greenhitche alongside the training ship” Worcester” and has been used as ~ an” overflow” for the training vessel. An Appeal is being launched by the Cutty Sark Preservation Society to raise an estimated at £250,000 to enable to vessel to be permenently moored at Greenwich and to establish a series of burseries to help young men train and quality as officers of the Merchan Navy. The” Cuty” - a three meated vessel was built in 1869
