The documentary, promoted by the study center of the UDI “Elsa Bergamaschi”, collects the testimonies of three women: Evelina 79 years old housewife, Grazia 32 years old employee, Simonetta 24 years judicial secretary. The three generations are characterized by different struggles for the affirmation of women's rights that are recalled by respondents. Through their memories, the road traveled by the UDI by the establishment of the first women's defense groups during the resistance is reconstructed. The documentary ends with the event held in Rome on 10 June 1977, three days after the rejection of the new law for abortion in the Senate.
