MDC leader Morgan Tsvangirai said on Thursday his party would win a majority of the 120 contested seats, but accused Mugabe of trying to rig the poll. The June 24-25 elections pit ZANU-PF against the opposition Movement for Democratic Change (MDC), which poses the most serious threat to Mugabe and ZANU-PF's rule. MDC leaders are telling supporters that ZANU-PF has presided over corruption, wrecked the economy and caused widespread poverty in 20 years of rule. JN/JDP
