Rosa Henson, the first Filipina to come out and reveal the sex ordeal she suffered under the hands of the Japanese army in World War II, is buried in a cemetery in San Pedro town near Manila August 26. The funeral was attended by Henson's relatives and other so-called Filipina "comfort women" who were kept for weeks and months by Japanese soldiers in their battlefield brothels during the war. The women have filed a damage suit before a Tokyo court demanding legal compensation from the Japanese government for the ordeals they suffered during the war. PHILIPPINES BURIAL
