A Palestinian Moslem passes, right, on his way to Friday prayers at the nearby al-Aqsa mosque inside Jerusalem's walled Old City. Thousands of Christians flocked to the Old City to take part in retracing the route jesus Christ took on his way to his crucifixion almost 2,000 years ago. Israeli authorities braced for a huge influx of tourists leading up to the Millennium year but only the normal-sized crowd was reported for the procession. JWH/JDP
