A demonstration was held this afternoon along a stretch of road two miles South of Bletchloy, beside the Grand Union Canal - of the” Dahl Safety Kerb” - which consists of white reinforce concrete section supported that on impact by a nearside front tyre the course of the vehicle is deflected along the direction of the” Kerb” producing a braking effect which onables the driver to regain control. The devices has for a long time been in use in Denmark, where it was invented - and has proved successful in Canada; France; Germany, Sweden, Switzerland U.S.A. etc
