An Israeli family walks down a street carrying blankets as they return home early February 10 morning after Israel announced an "all clear" allowing residents to leave their underground bomb shelters. Israelis along the northern border with south Lebanon spent three days in bomb shelters under threat of rocket attack from Hizbollah guerrillas in south Lebanon. Although residents returned home and life returned to normal here, fights continue in south Lebanon between the Israeli army and the pro-Iranian and Syrian backed Hizboollah guerrilla forces. JWH
