An Account of the generall progress and advancement of His Ma- jesties new docks and yard at Plymouth. Illustrator: Dummer, Edward Source/Shelfmark: Lansdowne 847 f.46 A Volume formerly belonging to Robert Harley Esq. afterwards Earl of Oxford, intitled "An Account of the generall progress and advancement of His Majesties new docks and yard at Plymouth. Presented to the Right Honourable the principall Officers and Commissioners of His Majesties Navy. Decem. 1694." It was drawn up by E. Dummer, who appears to have been Surveyor of the Navy; is very neatly written, and accompanied with elegant plans and drawings of the buildings, &c.
