Image description

Cameron Stinson, 5, counts crosses while walking with mother Tawner and baby brother Brendon, 2, at the makeshift Columbine High School shootings memorials in Clement Park in Littleton, May 6. The crosses, once atop a nearby hill, numbered 15 before relatives of the victims tore down the two crosses erected for the two teen gunmen. The originator of the crosses then tore down the memorial but re-erected the crosses, this time numbering 13, at a new location in the park. The crosses are for the 12 students and one teacher killed in the shootings April 20. GCC/HB/WS
