Caption: 'So you want to blow (note) a, first you put the instrument in its proper position, then you blow in the mouthpiece and lift up the two last fingers of your right hand. So you want to blow a d (note), you again bring the instrument to its proper position, then you blow in the mouthpiece, and lift up your three last fingers of your left hand.
