U.S. tyre maker Bridgestone/Firestone Inc.'s recall crisis looks set to cost chief executive Masatoshi Ono his job, and possibly trigger the early resignation of Kaizaki, who heads the company's Japanese parent, company sources and local media said on Tuesday.
