Tragedy in Indianapolis (colour litho)

Tragedy in Indianapolis. A very serious accident has devastated the start of the Indianapolis (USA) 500 Miles. The cars were making the first lap, when the one driven by Elisian ran into a bend and after hitting the protective wall was relaunched in the center of the track and then hit by six fireballs. Then came a new group of eight competitors. Among them were Jerry Unser and Pat O' Connor. While the first, projected with the car over the wall, was saved, the second, whose car had capsized, remained a prisoner among the burning wreckage and died.
