The little brother in distress. A child from Fucine, in Val di Sole (Trentino), 5-year-old Olivo Trettel, while sledding on the snow, ended up in the waters of a canal that dragged him to an underground tunnel. His brother Antonio saw him disappear in the gallery. Without losing heart and always shouting to the rescue, he ran down until he reached the lower mouth of the tunnel. The caretaker of the nearby power plant, Angelo Zampieri, came and threw himself into the water, grabbed the little one who was still clinging to the sled and pulled him to safety.
