A new 15 million-dollar gas station and alternative new-car showroom and repair garage is shown here in San Diego July 23, 2003. The project, called a Regional Transportation Center (RTC), recently opened in San Diego and is said by the owners to be the world's first depot offering all types of car fuel from regular gasoline to low-sulfur diesel, compressed natural gas, liquefied propane, ethanol and even electric stations for charging electric cars. The station even has an education classroom for people to learn about alternative fuel vehicles.
