Martin Luther King III, the son of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., speaks to a crowd from the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, August 23, 2003. King's window and son spoke from the spot where he delivered his "I have a dream" speech 40 years ago, in 1963.
