Representatives of a group of Japanese and South Koreans speak at a news conference in Tokyo December 7, 2001 after filing a lawsuit against Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi and his government over a controversial visit to Yasukuni Shrine for the war dead, saying it violated the constitution. The lawsuit, which was filed with the Tokyo District Court, came after the filing of similar lawsuits in district courts in Osaka, Matsuyama, and Fukuoka last month.
