YEAR REVIEW 2007 - PEOPLE - CEDRIC DUMONT, DIED ON May 24, 2007: The well-known composer, conductor and author Cedric Dumont in his house “In der Mockenwies” in Uerikon (ZH), taken on September 14, 1966. Dumont died on Thursday, May 24, 2007, in his 91. year in Kuesnacht (ZH), as his legal representative Richard Waelti informed. Dumont became known to the general public as the founder and leader of the Beromuenster maintenance orchestra. Later he held various management positions in radio and television and worked as a composer and conductor. Dumont has also written musician biographies and culinary books, including the standard work “The Culinary Dictionary”.
