The wrestler Walter Haldemann with Siegermuni at the Swiss Schwing- und Aelplerfest in Grenchen, recorded on 25 July 1950. Peter Vogt, also first crowned, does not appear at the award ceremony. The passively led final course between Peter Vogt and Walter Flach was broken off after a long 35 minute draw and Peter Vogt and Walter Haldemann, who had the same number of points, were awarded first place. The title of Swinger King was not awarded. This decision caused the finalist Peter Vogt to have a tantrum and he scored the wreath at the award ceremony. Vogt was banned from all swing festivals for one year.
