Madrid, Spain; 17/12/2020.- Today it is expected that the Spanish Congress of Deputies will approve organic law regulating euthanasia. Dozens of people are protesting before Congress against the euthanasia law with the slogan "Government of death" rally, called by the 'Vividores' (Livers) campaign, promoted by the the Catholic Lawyers Association and far-right groups such as the political party Vox whose leader Santiago Abascal left Parliament to support them. The protesters have carried Spanish masks, banners and flags with the pirate symbol of the skull and two crossed femurs. They were shouting slogans against euthanasia and calling for palliative care instead.
