A United Nations weapons inspector who would identify himself only as Malcolm from New Zealand carries his bag past a medical kit November 21 as he makes his way to a bus to leave Bahrain and return to Iraq. Some 74 UNSCOM inspectors of weapons of mass destruction returned to Baghdad in order to resume their work in Iraq under an "unconditionally" deal worked out by the United Nations' Security Council members.
