Anti-Jewish Relief and Lutheran Church (photo)

A memorial in front of the town church of St. Mary in Wittenberg (Saxony-Anhalt) reminds since November 9, 1988 at the beginning of the Jewish program in the Third Reich, recorded on 25.08.2016. The relief lies below a medieval charitable sculpture called "Judensau" at the town church, which has now provoked a violent controversy. The occasion is the Reformation anniversary in 2017. A theologian of Jewish descent from London has published a petition via the internet to remove the sculpture.
