Investigators examine a body lying in the street at the scene of an explosion in Tel Aviv July 17, 2002. Two Palestinian suicide bombers blew themselves up in the heart of Tel Aviv's foreign worker neighbourhood on Wednesday, killing at least three other people, Israeli police said. Tel Aviv police chief Yossi Sedbon told Israeli television the bombers killed three people, one of them a foreign worker. At least 30 people were wounded.
