The Picture Gallery of Sir John Leicester, Bart. Leicester, later Baron de Tabley, was an English landowner, politician and art lover. His collection of paintings by Joshua Reynolds, J.M.W. Turner, James Northcote, Thomas Gainsborough, Henry Fuseli, et al. was open to the public in his house in Hill Street, Berkeley Square.
