Yirmisekiz Mehmed Çelebi Efendi (died 1732), also Mehmed Efendi (sometimes spelled Mehemet Effendi in France), was a Ottoman statesman who was delegated as ambassador by the Sultan Ahmed III to Louis XV's France in 1720.
