Hugh Walter McElroy (1874-1912) Chief Purser on board the Titanic, he did not survive the sinking; Titanic was built by Harland & Wolff in Belfast during 1910-11 and later sank on April 15th, 1912 off the coast of Newfoundland after striking an iceberg during her maiden voyage from Southampton, England to New York, USA;
