John Charles Bigham, 1st Viscount Mersey (1840-1929) British jurist and politician; Titanic was built by Harland & Wolff in Belfast during 1910-11 and later sank on April 15th, 1912 off the coast of Newfoundland after striking an iceberg during her maiden voyage from Southampton, England to New York, USA;
