At the bottom of the photo on the edge is the Berlin City Palace, right is the Berlin Cathedral, in the middle is the Lustgarten (Pleasure Garden). On the other side of the canal is the armory. To the north of the Lustgarten is the Old Museum and across form that is the New Museum and the Pergamon Museum. Above right is the National Gallery.
