Description
Johann Josef (Joseph) Wenzel (Anton Franz Karl) Graf Radetzky von Radetz (1766-1858) was a Czech nobleman and Austrian general. This statue of him designed by Emanuel Max was erected in 1858 but removed on Czech independence in 1918 and currently in the National Museum (though there are plans to return it to the square).
